Filamnt has created a monthly screening platform for unreleased Indie Films in Mumbai.
We’ve partnered with venues that create an appropriate space for watching and discussing Independent Films.
The idea is to offer unreleased films an opportunity to have a screening and an interaction with an audience through a Q&A with the filmmaker.

HOW PAYMENTS WORK
All our screenings are ticketed. Filamnt will share 25% of the total revenue from each screening with the filmmaker.
Payment and accounts are sent to filmmakers as soon as our partner ticketing sites or the venues we work with make them available to us. Usually payments are made within 2-3 weeks of the screenings; so kindly offer us your patience in settling payments.
MATERIAL & MARKETING
The filmmaker/s are expected to share promotional materials with Filamnt for promoting the screenings.
Filmmaker should send the trailer/s, stills, synopsis, director’s statement, reviews, quotes / blurbs from other people, articles published as well as any other promotional material that can help us with promoting the screenings.
Filamnt is working towards popularising Independent films. Therefore Filamnt actively seeks the filmmaker’s support to increase awareness and footfalls to the screenings.
Filamnt seeks the filmmakers’ participation in actively utilising their social network to increase reach as well as footfalls at the screenings.
Q&A WITH FILM MAKER
POST- SCREENING DISCUSSION
Our each screening is followed by a moderated discussion with the filmmakers and a Q&A. Filmmakers are expected to attend every screening to enable this essential aspect of our screenings.
We screen our films through a MacBook connected to a projector. Filmmakers should have a .mov extension file with MPEG 2- H264 encoding.
The filmmaker is expected to have a Mac Formatted hard drive to screen the film.
